Overview
A multi-stage n8n workflow triggers on the last business day of each month, pulls performance data from GoHighLevel via API, normalises and aggregates it across clients, and populates a templated report — no spreadsheets touched. Retry logic means it never silently fails. Report generation dropped from 4+ hours to under 5 minutes, returning ~16 hours to the team every month.
