Privacy Policy

What this site collects

This site collects only the information you explicitly provide:

• Contact form — name, email address, and the message you write. Submitted via Resend and delivered directly to my inbox.
• Newsletter signup — email address only. Stored in a Resend audience list so I can send occasional updates about new playbooks and build logs. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

What this site does not collect

• No passwords or payment information
• No tracking cookies or third-party ad scripts
• No cross-site tracking of any kind

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics, which collects anonymous, aggregated page-view data (page URL, referrer, device type, country). It does not use cookies or fingerprinting and cannot be used to identify individual visitors.

Data sharing

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes. Data passes through the following processors solely to deliver the service:

• Resend — email delivery and newsletter audience management (Resend Privacy Policy)
• Vercel — hosting and analytics (Vercel Privacy Policy)

Data retention

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as they are relevant to an active or potential engagement. Newsletter subscribers remain on the list until they unsubscribe or request removal.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data I hold about you at any time. To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request”. I will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
