Overview

An n8n automation fires the moment a contract is signed: it provisions a structured Google Drive hierarchy, copies and populates document templates with client data, creates the CRM record with intake fields pre-filled, and sends a branded welcome email with access links. Validation runs between each stage — onboarding is now consistent, instant, and hands-off at any scale.
